I feel passionately about therapy and the difference it can make to lives. No one should need to struggle alone.
I run my practice from Rampton (CB24 8QA).
I work with adults experiencing a wide range of issues including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loss and grief.
(ALL client work is confidential).
I am an individual member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
In addition to gaining a Diploma in Counselling Practice, I have trained with CRUSE Bereavement Care, have experience in providing in-house support for companies whose employees are faced with redundancy and have volunteered as a support worker within a Community Mental Health team.
I hold Professional Liability Insurance and an enhanced DBS certificate and undertake a minimum of monthly Supervision.
I take my training seriously and am continuously seeking to expand my knowledge and understanding, most recently I have completed a course with Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) in Peer Support Work.

OCN – Level 4 – Peer Employment Programme (CPFT)
AIM – Level 2 – Children and Young People’s Mental Health
